My microphone quit working

i recently rooted my droid 2 and now my mic wont work when in a call. i am able to talk if i hook up my bluetooth. i installed root manager, setcpu, wireless tether, superuser permissions since i rooted. can someone please help me out

Well, what you'll want to do is unroot
go to this link: How To: Unroot the Motorola Droid 2 | TheUnlockr
then you should uninstall all root apps on your phone. then you should be set to return it and exchange it for a new one.
BTW when you are done rerooting, call *228 and have them reprogram your phone.

thanks for the help! i unrooted last night and got a new phone today. i think i might hold off on rooting again for a while seeing the phone did this right after i rooted. i dont know if the problem was related to rooting but i dont want to take any chances.
