Moving Unlimited Data Line(s)

Is it possible to take a line that is currently on a family plan, and move to its own standalone plan? Also could you join two phone lines that are on separate family plans into their own family plan? Would the terms and conditions associated with those plans change (prices, data, etc)?Thanks

Yes, its called an assumption of liability. The best way to start it is at a retail store. You will need to be authorized on the account you dont own.
