Move files from sd card to phone

Hi, I am so not tech savvy, so I really need any help I can get! I had to do a master reset on my droid x2. I somehow figured out how to
move all my files to my sd card, still not sure how I figured that one out. Now I'm stuck and I don't know how to move the files from my sd card to the phone. I'm sure it's kind of an easy fix, but I have no idea what I'm doing. Truly, no idea! If you respond, please use the very most basic terms you possibly can. Thank you so much!! HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

try this:
Go to All Aps
Go to Files
Click on SD card
Click and hold file folder (or file) you want to move
Click Move
Click the banner to open the drop down menu
Click on Home
Click Internal phone Storage
Find the folder you want to move the stuff to (or if it's already in a folder and your moving the entire folder over)
Click Move at the bottom of the screen
