Motorola doesn't aeem to ha e email support anymore only chat support through moli

Used to be able to email Motorola for support now they only have chat and Facebook messager

Support for repair? Support for questions? Support for issues? I haven't seen an email option directly to them for many years. If you mean support for Repair you have to use their website and open a Repair Action request (RMA).

I used to be able to email them question on the tech site and they would respond with ticket #s bummer

They use Twitter for that type of thing now.


If and when you want a repair estimate, or to request a repair that's still done from their website using the Request Repair link at the top of the page.
