missing shortcuts and widgets invisible

all the sudden yesterday my favorites dissapeared from my homescreen and cant seem to find the shortcut again.. Also my tapatalk widgets are invisible.. If i long press where they are supposed to be a green box shows up as if i wanted to move the widget.. Anyone else having this issue?
