usually you set up the server as mail.domain.com,org,edu, etc.

Username and password is what you use to sign into your OWA.

Yea, I tried that but every time I set it up it tells me that there is an error in the connection

are you sure you can access your email with a phone? Sometimes IT Admin's will lock down activesync even though you can use OWA on a computer. I had that happen a while back. Or, maybe the server you are putting in is wrong. I would check with one of the IT guys to see if your settings are right.

For Instance:

One Exchange server I tie into uses mail.domain.com, the other uses webmail.domain.com as the server settings.

The instructions on my exchange server say:

To add a new device, begin a partnership with Microsoft Exchange from the device and it will appear in the list below.

Wha...?
