MicroSD not recognized

Hello, I got my new LG G4c one day ago, the phone is great. I have one problem though, you see, I"ve bought a samsung MicroSD to get some more space. However, it doesn't get recognized by the phone. I've attached a photo wich shows it in the phone and a screenshot (connect sd card & delete sd card contents) they're both greyed out. I don't know what to do

In settings - storage do you have a mount option for the SD card?

You also may have to format the sd card first.

I do have the option but it's greyed out.
I'll try formatting it.
