Messaging help

When I try and send a message it doesn't let it because..
"Message size limit reached.. sorry, you cannot add this video to your message."

I thought it was saying I had to much messages but I deleted all my threads and stuff but still says the same thing. I even tried fast videos like a couple seconds says same thing.

Its not the video length thats the problem, its the quality. Try the low quality setting.
