Market's apps "Just in" sucks!

Every other hour out of boredom and wanting new apps on my phone ill go to see the newest apps in the marketplace. To many times they'll have old ones on the list..(cking now to give an example...) wow! I just checked apps just in 1212pm and it had the Movies app by flixster the third one on the list which I know been on the Market forever! Trust me there are more on the list that shouldn't be there.

What gives?

Each time a dev sends out an update for their app, it bumps it to the top of the "Just In' Market section. I think some of them send out an "update" that serves no purpose other than getting it to the top of that list. Basically, just because it is under the Just In section doesn't necessarily mean it's a brand new app, just that it has recently been updated.
