Loving xoom going on for more (android phone)

hey every one this might be off the topic but i love my xoom and android and i got an offer to trade my iphone4 (8 months old ) to a new in box nexus s phone how ever it is looked to a different carrier than the one i use

so i wanted to ask is it a good trade ? and can i unlock it to use it with rogers canada instead of Fido ? help withen the few next hours would be great !
