Looking for an app that gives you current international news. Something that has news about international finance would be really great if they had one. Does anyone know if a current one is in existence?

I use an app called "Newspapers." It includes a number of foreign papers including the Financial Times. You might want to take a look at the free version to see if it meets your needs. The paid version allows you save "favorites" so you don't have to go through the entire (very large) list of papers.

Thomson Reuters has an app.

Could probably touch on it in areas like NPR, and with 2.1 the google news widget.
