I am totally blue about this so I will explain symptoms:
I have an LG Optimus Vu F100S with Android version 4.0.4 and Kernel Version 3.0.8. I can make calls, receive SMSes but can't reply to SMSes or send them out. I see that message center number setting is not present among other settings. My TV on the device can't be configured nor it can tune in to radio channels. However, I can connect to internet through wifi but since my carrier mandates to reply to a confirmation message if I wanted to use my cellular network for internet connection I can't even reply.
