Legally Blind and need help with FB app

I am desperate for help. I just bought the Droid Razr. I have been able to change the fonts on almost everythingo n my phone so that it is easier for me to see. EXCEPT FB! Is there any way to change the font or to even make the background darker so that the words show up easier? This is so frustrating. I do not understand why this is not a simple fix. Thank you for your help

Oh, I installed the Big Font app to make everything else bigger on my phone.
