Downloaded it yesterday. It's a great idea. You put an icon on your home screen and when you click it it displays up to 8 apps or shortcuts that you can click on. For instance, you can make an icon called 'quick dial' and have 8 numbers that pop up once you hit the icon. My only problem is that it is very slow to respond. Clicking an icon works only about 50% of the time for me, and when it does work it is delayed up to a couple seconds. Just wondering if anyone else has similar issues.

I know this is a bit old, but I'd like to put my .2 in and bring it back to the front. This widget is a GREAT idea, but very slow to respond. I have the same issues as the OP.

    Anyone have an alternative?

I tried Ultimate Faves too, and ended up uninstalling. Another fantastic idea, but just not executed well enough to be really usable. Getting it to actually launch applications is hit or miss, and speed is again an issue.
