I am looking to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S4 for a friend that is no longer activated. My friend is going overseas next month and would like to use the phone over there. Is there a way to do this? The phone was not unlocked before it was deactivated.
Also, on an S4 that is active, what happens to the debugging screen after the phone is unlocked? I am not sure if I unlocked my phone correctly.
I appreciate any help. I am new to all of this. Thanks!
