Ever since I downloaded the new software update for my Droid Pro, my POP3 e-mail account gives me an intermittent "Invalid Server Certificate" error. If I open up the e-mail account on the phone and hit "refresh" or if I hit "retry" directly on the error message popup, it will most often go through without a problem. I have "Verify Certificate" deselected, so it's not that. I've tried selecting the Verify Certificate box and that doesn't work at all. It's a pain more than a problem. I just hate having that error triangle showing up all the time.
