Installing a certificate for wireless?

I cannot figure out how to install a certificate (.cer) file I have. I need to choose it to enable my company's PEAP wireless support. How can I get it into the pulldown list for wireless? It's on my SD card but no clicking on it or context sensitive command installs it into the Droid.
