I had the same problem and called Verizon about it the other day. I had to go into the Accounts and sync in the settings, click on my hotmail, then remove account. after reinstalling it and changing the settings on days and time on syncing, it works good now. I get all my emails now, i hope it can help anybody that is having this problem.
