i want to bet on xpressbet.com via my droid incredible

The site only has a mobile app for an iPhone and a blackberry.. and when I try and bet it says I have to many pop up Window opened to confirm my bet.. is there a way to allow more pop up Windows at the same time? I think that should fix it...help please
