I rooted my razr maxx hd a while ago. i got the root to work and loaded a custom rom. that worked fine. But I always had this issue of turning my phone on. It goes straight to AP fastboot flash mode. "Device is LOCKED. Status code: 0. Battery OK Fastboot reason:flash failure. This isnt that big of a ideal, however when I try to upgrade to KitKat 4.4 the update requires a phone restart, and it cant do it because of this dam menu. I also tried to restore factory settings, but it didnt work due to the phone needing to be restarted. I dont care about my data or root anymore. i just want a fresh install of 4.4. What is the best way of doing this? Or fixing my boot problem?
