Hw Do I Enter A New Line In Texting

I'm trying to figure out how to make a new line while texting before it decides to wrap. I hit the enter key on the keyboard and it sends the message.

I would like to do it on either keyboard.

I think you will have to use something other than the stock messaging app. I love Handcent, and the enter key works the you want it to.

if you hit the key that makes the letter go to capitals, the one with the up arrow and a line above it, hit that key and the enter key at the same time and it should work, but i'd suggest handcent.

yeah, shift+enter i think works.. but +1 for Handcent.. It's a godsend
