HP readying a luxury smart watch

Last week's rumor about Motorola's Moto 360 possibly being made of plastic, instead of metal as expected, was disconcerting to say the least. But it looks like the premium, round smart watch world is about to get a little more crowded.

Enter HP's premium, luxury, round smart watch!

As you can see from the picture, the entry by HP looks promising. Pricing is still up in the air, and it seems it will be using a proprietary OS that will have compatibility with both Android and iOS, Whether or not it can dampen enthusiasm for the Moto 360 is to be determined, but choices are always a good thing.

A fall release is the current plan.
