How to under volt?

What app is y'all using to under clock and overclock.? Is undervolting the same as under click? And how can I accomplish this task?

Need to have a compatible kernel and I use Set CPU.

Underclocking and Undervolting are not the same thing. UC means that you slow the speed of the phone (basically) and UV means that you are lowering how much voltage the CPU uses at different clock speeds

if you're rooted, setCPU can control the clock speed of the kernel you got. also if it's compatible, you can also set the voltages per slot with setCPU, but i don't know nothing about voltage changing. i do know that the lower = less battery consumption though. set it too low though will cause the cpu to over-work itself and use even MORE battery though (atleast what i have read)
