When you need to get somewhere in a hurry, but you don't know where you are going A speedy GPS can be just the tool you need. Nothing is more frustrating in these scenarios then when you launch Google maps just to sit there for several minutes while your GPS trys to lock on to your coordinates. At times this can take so long that your GPS becomes useless. This can also affect gameplay when playing GPS games like Ingress. There is a way to speed up your GPS lock. This does require the modification of gps.conf to modify your AGPS servers. Check out the video above to see the simple steps to speed up your GPS.

This used to be a problem with a Samsung Galaxy nexus phone. Motorola seems to know what they are doing in this department as it locks on instantly.
