    Use the auto root thread.

Just use the guide step by step and instead of typing all the code, cut and paste it. Watch videos and read, read, read before you dive into rooting. I had a few problems when I started rooting my TB, but thanks to XDA and the guides around here, I got through it successfully.

Don't be surprised if auto-root doesn't work, it didn't for me. My instance could be an anomaly, but it didn't work regardless.

I had to command prompt my way to rooted goodness. :p

The trick is to read, read, and read some more

I agree it took me a few days of watching YouTube videos and just gathering data/info, then I decided to go for it and successfully accomplished my mission.
