how to forward an sms to others

I use handcent as my sms program on my X. How would I forward a text I receive to others in my phone list. I have searched but cant find an answer. I am not looking to forward received texts to a different number for myself. Just to others in my phone book

you should be able to just long press the message you want to forward. a window will pop up and one of the options is forward.

too bad it only forwarded the 1st part and not the 2nd part????(lol)

It doesn't forward the whole message thread, just the individual message you long pressed. I know of no way to forward the entire thread.
