How to disable bottom LEDs on Droid 2?

I had a Droid one rooted and I had an LED app that could turn off the bottom set of leds when using the phone as an alarm clock.

However even after rooting the Droid 2 and downloading the LEDs Hack app from the market I cannot turn off the LEDs. Does anyone know a fix or workaround?

If you're putting your phone in the desk cradle and using the stock alarm clock, hit the brightness icon and the leds go off.

Yea that partially works. If I set the brightness to manual and restart the phone in the dock then run the Night Clock app (keeps the screen on) then the LEDS stay off.

Mine stays off and I don't have to start my phone in the cradle. (I do make Sure auto-brightness is off)
