How to copy and paste with the incredible?

I figured out how to paste highlighted things to a clip board. But i have no idea what that does or how to use clipboard. help?

I think you have to go somewhere with a text input field to paste it. I have to admit that I don't use it much.

You have to use an app with a text editor but beware not all of them support copy and paste.
