How to boot into cwr on fascinate

Ok here is a newbie question I hear said all the time but nobody explains how. I can get into orange cwmr from rom manager but how do I boot into from startup I have tried holding volume key it only boots to stock recovery. Please please please help me this should be a sticky or something.

Don't use Rom manager, at all.
Odin cwmr, boot into cwmr using three finger method, flash a custom kernel or the stock kernel will remove cmwr, reboot.

Keep me Fascinated.
