Well a while back ago my old d2 crashed. I had done a hard reset and nothing it was just trash. But one thing I noticed about the instructions I had gotten to hard resetting it was to press the volume and camera at the same time I did something completely different though I used the little magnifying glass looking button to pop up the menu after not having been able to get the menu to come up with the volume and camera buttons maybe its a glitch or shortcut idk but I did find it useful and faster.
