Help With Voicemail? :(

Hi guys,
My Droid X is not letting me get into my voicemail. Whenever I type the password, it doesn't process it. After a couple tries, it says, "I'm sorry. I am not able to process your password. Please try again."
So basically, it won't let me get into my voicemail!
Help would be very much appreciated; I'm expecting a call from my coach and if I don't get his message, I am in deep doo-doo ... :blink:

It could be a keyboard issue, do you have a third party keyboard/dialer or a ROM that's other than stock?
