This morning, I rooted my droid 3 and used DROID 3 Bootstrap to install the custom rom - cm9, and google apps. After that, I tried to reboot the system. But, Motorola logo stuck on screen. Can anyone help me?? Thanks!!

Did you do a data wipe before you restarted the phone? If not, try restarting recovery and doing a wipe data/factory reset (or whatever the option is called.)
