Help Please SD Card

Been a while folks and everything has been peachy up until NOW. I did my monthly Dalvik wipe and rebooted the phone. The device restarted properly but now EVERY app on the SD Card is unavailable and the Dalvik is not rebuilding after the wipe for those apps. I have since battery pulled, rebooted twice and even did another Dalvik wipe to no avail. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: See's pictures and music on SD but not the Apps. Also note that when connected to PC via USB cable device does NOT prompt to mount SD Card just goes into a standard charging mode.
