I use the standard ROM, but changed the kernel to the Peter Alfonso 1GHz high voltage. Then when I overclocked it using interactive all lagging left and I was happy. Better than any ROM change.

Steel Droid is the only OG Droid ROM left that seems to get any support.

Kfazz over on XDA is still working on ICS for the OG Droid.
