Having trouble sharing videos?

I am having trouble sharing video through email or SMS. It says the files are too large to attach, only about 30 seconds or so. I also cannot seem to find the video in any album when I mount to my PC either. Is there an app to edit down the size or a specific location so I can email them directly when I mount the phone? My wife's iP***e can do this within the stock app and she is torturing me! Please help me show the Droid's capabilities. Yes, I searched video, video editor, video sharing etc... first.

Same issue. Go to camera, slide button to video, press menu, select settings.
Change video to "low" and duration to 30 seconds.
You will be good.

I know about that, but what is the point of recording in DVD quality if it is trapped on my phone? My old samsung POS could video in low resolution. Can anyone tell me where to find these files? They do not show up when I attach the Moto Phone Portal in Chrome or Explorer either. Very frustrating
