Can anyone put into perspective all the news about the Google Phone, and how and if it will effect us newly devoted Droid owners?

It will be a VOIP phone. So if you plan on getting a cell phone just as a data phone, then go for it. Google does not want to compete with the carriers that now support them.

Whatever happened to flying cars anyway? They should come around some day right...
