google map My Position icon on Droid--any way to change color or make it bigger?

Hi all,

May be I don't know how to change this but when I drive, the icon showing "My Position" is the same color as the track, and it's not much larger on my Droid. This makes it difficult to see at a glance.

Is there any way to change the default "my position" icon to make it a different color or bigger?
