I renamed the default (blur) messaging app to be a .bpk file, effectively uninstalling it, and then installed the cyanogen apk from the latest build, just as I had done with 588, except now any configuration I do within the app doesn't stay, and is cleared next time I launch the app. This is really annoying because there are many settings I need in order to make it work the way I want it to...
