Hello all.

So, I trimmed down some .mp3s I have to ringtone size and stuck them on my SD card... but, how do I get to the files and make ringtones? I can't seem to figure out how.

I DO have RingDroid, but it cuts you off at 15 seconds and I would like some of these to be longer than that. I already have the clips I want ON the SD card, but how do I find them and set them as ringtones? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

EDIT: Nevermind! I figured out that they must be placed in the folders media --> audio --> ringtones. They show right up in the list then. Thank you and sorry for the needless post.

There are actually multiple important media folders you should make, and multiple locations you can make them in.

The two folders you should make are

Ringtones (for ringtones duh)
Notifications (tones for txt messages, alerts, ect... short tones)

These can be placed where you stated, or in the root directory.
I placed them in root along with other folders (Music, Videos, ect) some programs use them in this location instead.
