I have a galaxy s5 active and my password isn't working for the private mode. How can I get into the private mode and I also have done the factory reset amd still can't get in the private mode

Welcome to the forum Lisa34! Sorry, I got nothing. Unfortunately there is no backup option for this particular pin. You'll simply have to keep trying until you remember it. It will make you wait 30 seconds after 5 failed attempts, but there is no way to reset this particular feature. Actually I'm surprised a factory reset didn't work.... I would have thought it would. You might contact you carrier to see if they can unlock it for you.
