froze on lock screen, need help ASAP

my phone is frozen on the lock screen, took battery out, turned off. theres nothing that i can do to make it work...please help

nothin i was sitting in class, texting. then when i tried opening it back it wont do anything...

Well def a phone issue. If battery pull don't work then go to vzw and swap for a brand new one

the battery pull doesnt work...ive tried it like 10 times..

Make sure when you do a battery pull, you leave the battery out for atleast 30 seconds.

Try taking out battery for 5 minutes. If your rooted hold down x and power to boot into recovery mode. If your not rooted and have same problem after 5 minutes of battery pull take itback to verizon. That's what I would do but I'm still a noob.

i left it out for 5 mins, still messed up..this sucks, ive had the for for like 3 months and its already messed up..

Sounds like a hardware issue, and Verizon should give you a replacement no problem. Google does a good job of backing up your info to the cloud, so don't worry! At least it happened at three months, and not 12 months and one day!
