I'm a newbie to this forum, but I've had an OG droid since it was released. I rooted sometime last summer, and it was the best thing ever. I've just recently gotten into the custom rom thing with the GPA builds by Peter Alfonso. I am a lab tech at a local hospital, I was a computer science major at one point in my life. My wife and I have 4 laptops, 2 netbooks, 3 desktops and 2 droids between us (she doesn't share my passion for technology, though she has a rooted dInc.) We have a 3 month old baby and a 1.5 yo dog. I look forward to the friendliness of this forum, although I must admit it hasn't been terribly apparent yet.
    Thanks!

Welcome to the community and congrats on the new addition to the family. Sounds like yall are busy even outside of the new technology. Feel free to ask any questions and join in on any conversations. Dive on in and make yourself at home. Also met a very helpful member above with the Princess
