I'm a newbie to this forum, but I've had an OG droid since it was released. I rooted sometime last summer, and it was the best thing ever. I've just recently gotten into the custom rom thing with the GPA builds by Peter Alfonso. I am a lab tech at a local hospital, I was a computer science major at one point in my life. My wife and I have 4 laptops, 2 netbooks, 3 desktops and 2 droids between us (she doesn't share my passion for technology, though she has a rooted dInc.) We have a 3 month old baby and a 1.5 yo dog. I look forward to the friendliness of this forum, although I must admit it hasn't been terribly apparent yet.
