I guess obviously it won't be touch screen...

    Unless....

You could use your android phone as a touch screen mouse...

I am actually going to look into snagging one of these sometime after the New Year. I need to get my credit score up anyways seeing as how I have had my card for close to a year and just made my first purchase on it.

Wonder how much of a beast it would be as a computer that also plays TV, rather then a TV that can do some computer functions.

    "Processor: SOPC100 (Cortex A8) 833MHz"

And then I said "wait, my phone is running faster than a 55"TV with a more up to date OS?"

Why is this so far behind the times?

    I'll probably be waiting until it's 3D

As if I have a choice, dropping 3gs on a tv is a little out of the question, at 19 living in Santa Monica, 90% of my meals consist of water, PB & J or protein shakes and I still struggle

But I can't complain, being independent feels so much better than depending on my parents...

great idea and I hope it catches on so I can buy one. I am sorry though no way I buy any TV other than sony or a comparable brand for the price I pay and what I expect in terms of quality and reliability. I am not one to drop a big chunk into some brand I don't know of.
