FCC Approves the Verizon Spectrum Deal but Only with Some Concessions

    Not long ago we reported that the Department of Justice agreed to allow Verizon to move forward with their spectrum purchase from the cable companies. The only hurdle they had left after the DOJ was the FCC. Now that is no longer a barrier either. The FCC just agreed to the deal, but only after Verizon agreed to a few more concessions.
