We are having some issues with email attachments on a user’s phone. The user gets an attachment (they have a Samsung Note II) that is placed in the body of the email. Open the email on their phone and it shows a blank email (nothing in the email except the attachment). I tested this on my phone (using Touchdown) after the forwarded me the email and it opened fine. I also tested this using an iPad and the forwarded email showed the attachment. Any ideas why this attachment would not show up on their phone?
