Hi, I am sorry if this question has been asked already but I couldnt find the answer anywhere. Will Easy Root or Free Root work on Droid x running froyo 2.2.? Thank you :heart:

If you weren't rooted and updated to Froyo, you're going to have to flash SBF, root and then upgrade again. As of now there's no way to root 2.2 on the DX.
