Don't see any mention of this so I thought I'd post. If it's elsewhere in our forum I'm not aware of it, and I didn't find this on Google, I simply played around and discovered it myself.

Go to settings, either in the App Tray or from the Notifications drop down window, tap the person icon, then the gear icon.

Go to About phone.

Tap the "Android version" fast either;

1) Three times, at which point a orange circle appears in the standard background, then tap the orange circle once, at which point it turns into the lollipop. Then each time you tap the lollipop it changes color. Next, keep taping at least 5 times or the next step doesn't work. Now instead of taping it, put your finger on it and swirl it around. The phone will vibrate once and the background will change into a moving sky and ground scenery. Each time you do this it may be daytime or night, and there may or may not be clouds. Here's where it gets interesting. Tap the moving screen and suddenly you're in a "Flappy Birds" Andy version of the game!

2) Instead of taping 3 times fast, keep taping 5 times fast and you'll skip the first orange circle and go right to the lollipop. From there everything above works the same!

Oh well, guess it's no big surprise, is 5.0 not Nexus 6. Meh.

Sorry buddy, but that's where the Easter Egg has been hidden for a while. At least Jelly Bean, if not farther back than that. It's not even limited to Nexus devices.

It's probably the most entertaining one they've included so far. Jelly Bean's was alright if you liked just flicking jelly beans around the screen. Kit Kat's was neat to look at and reminisce about previous versions. I forget what Honeycomb's did, but I think it had one too. This one is actually a little game.

EDIT: No wonder I forgot about Honeycomb...

I knew that's where they've been in past examples. Where I got screwed up was I thought this particular one was exclusive to Nexus 6 only, but soon discovered it is Android 5.0.

Also @cr6 , you may be right. Now that you mention it I may recall something mentioned by DMX.

Gotcha. It's one of the first things I did after installing lollipop on my n7 & setting it back up after fdr.
