So I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post this question, if not I'm sorry and could somebody tell me where I should have put it.

Does anybody know if there is a way to get individual e-mail accounts onto my home screen instead of having to go through 'Messaging' app?

I have a Droid so my experience may be different. Can you add an email app, like K9, to your home screen?

Thanks for the advice. I would assume that I can add an e-mail app to my home screen, but will that give me a mailbox for a single account on my home screen or will I have to go through an app to get to it?

K9 will allow you to add multiple accounts. If you want to have a separate app for each account that works as well.
