Duplicate Phone Numbers in Contacts

So, when I choose to sync my facebook contacts, the contact manager shows two phone numbers for the same person. One that is my google contacts, and the one from Facebook. The only difference is facebook adds the +1 to the number.

Anyone know a solution so that the number only shows up once?
