My screen on my d2 acts up every now a then due to a lighter pressing against the screen while it was in my pocket. Kinda annoying but it was my fault.

Even if you could calibrate it what good would it do you? Physical damage is physical damage. Most likely you have cracked the digitizer. Your only fix it to replace the screen.
